Courteous, dependable, reasonable rates....would recommend John's Auto Service to family and friends!!!! This is one hard working business in our area. I have been there over the last three years and John has been exemplary in checking out my car problems and fixing them in a timely manner.

John and Julie (owners) are the most honest, hard working people I've met in my entire 52 years here on earth. They get the job done, they charge a more than reasonable fee for their work, and they get it done quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I bring all of my vehicles to them and I tell everyone I know to bring theirs as well.
I have had the worst experience with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor. They are very rude and short tempered. I waited a week just to get an appointment for a diagnostic. They had my car all day and still didn't look at it. I was told to bring it back the next day, only for me to get there and they tell me to come back in another week. This is just to look at my car and print a diagnostic. I understand they may be understaffed but that's no excuse to be rude. The secretary hung up in my face and yelled at me. I'm just flabbergasted at the lack of customer service. I feel like because I am African American they didn't appreciate the business I was bringing to them. They were completely disrespectful and I'm paying just like everyone else. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I will be going else where in the future.
We have used John's Auto for several years. They are honest and fix what is needed. They stay busy and charge reasonable prices. Julie the secretary is personable and friendly. They care about their customers. If you a looking a good mechanic, I would recommend John's Auto.
