This place is rediculous!! We love whataburger but they can never get your order right. I understand that things happen occasionally but thIs has been several times. How hard could it possibly be to take the order, repeat the order, and validate the order? Tonight's order was missing fries and the gravy recipe was not executed as we we served white water. Who is checking this? Absolutely rediculous, we will not visit this location again!
Best customer service I've experienced in a drive through in a long time. Very polite and I didn't have to wait on my food, which was very fresh
Buns could be fresher. Store could be cleaner. Orders have been wrong last few times. Fries could be fresher.
Went through drive through got my drink and took off without my meal. Pulled into parking lot and they were headed to the door with my good. Great service and food.
Whataburger is a favorite of mine. The burgers are so good. But I feel that the prices are a little high. Everyone is polite and helpful. The frys are so good . They have a warm clean appearance. Also a drive through for the ones in a hurry.
