It was very busy but we were seated quickly, and our waitress was very attentive of us. The food was pretty good. I really loved their new Pumpkin crumble desert!
When we arrived at the restaurant somewhere around 7:45pm on a Thursday evening there were not any in front of us. The staff would just look at us (3 in our party) and turn back around. However, we stood there approx. 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there to be seated. Finally we were seated only to wait again for at least 15-20 minutes. Someone then took our order. The food was good as usual. If the place were busy it would have been a different situation. When we finished eating it again took several minutes before they realized we were ready for our ticket. We love Cotton Patch and feel like maybe some new training needs to take place. One other item that needs attention is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The wall between the aisle of tables had dust about an inch thick. This has never been an issue. Please take care of these issues.

We were there in a large group and they got us seated super quick and our waitress was great at refilling our drinks and getting us what we needed. The food came out fast and was great! All the servers were kind and helpful.
