I would give it no star for customer service! I was talking to the Hispanic salesman asking about the mattress and a lady walks in and he just leaves me and starts helping her and speaking Spanish to her. You just lost a sales sir.
It was a very sketchy entrance. A dark warehouse and not inviting. I was never approached by a sales person. They were too busy eating. They never acknowledged me. I do appreciate my own time to browse but I did not feel welcome at all.
