We stayed in room 210 and it sounds like there is a water leak in the walls from the room above when they use the shower or perhaps the toilet. There is a cubby that is on the right side of the room by the bed with an electrical outlet and can serve as a shelf (which is nice) however we could hear what appears to be water dripping down onto that cubby and this projected an echo throughout the room (similar to how a speaker projects noise). This kept us up until the dripping stopped or woke us up early in the morning when the guests above us used the shower or toilet. May want to have maintenance look into this before further damage is caused.

Rude customer service. Was going to help my friend with her bags to her room and the woman at the counter said no I couldn't even help her do that. She had 4 very large bags and they where very heavy. Also because my husband and I had parked our avalanche in the drop off turn around in front of the doors where your suppose to be able to let someone out the woman was pointing and wanted us to move. We who are not staying only dropping off and you won't let anyone help with the bag should be aloud to stop there by the door to drop off customers and luggage. This place should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. Will not recommend anyone staying there again!
This is a great value. My only complaint is the walls are thin so bring some ear plugs. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again, very clean room.
I stay here a lot & it's usually pretty quite. The only thing I don't like is they don't offer weekly rates much.
The rooms were nice and wasn't expecting laminate flooring instead of the usual carpeting you see at other hotels. It makes the room look nice, however if you have someone above you that has heals or boots or works hard, you can hear every step. But overall it the rooms were nice.
