One star, but what do you expect. No one goes here unless they have to.
Their hours are not customer friendly. It would help if they stayed open at LEAST 1 day later than 4:00! Most people dont even get off until 5:00, then they have to drive usually 30 mins to an hour.
Its always a fiasco at this place , waaay over crowded, long waits, rude and disrespectful employees, and even their stand in security officer is rude. I hate having to go here and i have to call and wait 30 mins on hold just to recieve a dax number. Its a joke
Extremely kind, efficient and knowledgeable employees. Great office that goes far to assist their clients.
Some of my written correspondence says I can make an appointment, but after several phone calls I could not make one?????
