Also I found they wrote my dog's name on my dog's blanket and kennel by marker. I don't think a dog ranch has rights to do that, or should do that without a permission from the owner. Unbelievable!!!
My another dogs also began a bloody stool from two days ago. He definitely caught something in this pet ranch.
Our family is looking for someone to board their dog and asked us who we used. We no longer live in the area but felt compelled to leave a review. Unknown how they are now but we loved the place when we used them. Their prices were extremely reasonable.
Treated our dog like a queen when she was groomed there.
My husband just took our dogs home last night. in just 12 hours one of my dog had diarrhea 11 times and 5 times puke since we've been home!!!!!!!!! my dog was fine before we put him in this place!!!!!!!!! Will not use them anymore.
*Update:
We used these guys back in November/December of 2014. They treated our dogs (shiba inu and German Shepherd) as we expected and we had no issues at all.
My 14 year old cat has not been the same since being boarded at this location for a week and that was in May! They kept him in a cage for 3 days where he was unable to get to a litter box and only removed him after we called to check on him and demanded that they let him out. When we dropped him off, we explained that he would not be able to get to the litter box through the hole that in the cage they provided. He is a BIG cat and has arthritis. In addition, he was not given his meds on at least one day as they were given back to me. When I picked him up, he smelled of urine and feces where he had obviously been forced to go to bathroom on himself. I don't know anything about their dog services, but they are not setup for cats. The room is an oversized closet with cages floor to ceiling. They even had a pig in their when I picked him up. Find another place to board your cat!
