I took my German shepherd to get bathed and de-matted and they did a phenomenal job. It is the best money I've ever spent, my three-year-old dog looks like a puppy again. Great customer service and fantastic work!
Would not trust this place with my pet. They shaved my sister's dog without her approval, and she had to pay for their mistake on top of it. To make matters worse, they mistreated her badly as if she was in the wrong. Very unprofessional. Never doing business with them. Who shaves a pomeranian???
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. My dog always looks beautiful when she leaves the salon. The owner is very knowledgeable, and was able to help my dog in ways that others couldn't. She really took the time to care about my dog, and gave great advice on health and grooming.
