We found the facility to be very clean and convenient. The employees were friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. At least they had a restroom that customers could use, not like another storage facility in town that had an"out of order" sign on the restroom for over 3 months. I can highly recommend Colonial Mini Storage.
Nice storage place, in a great location. The only complaint I have, is the fact it is almost always impossible to reach someone over the phone the first try. This can be a problem if you are an out of town customer trying to make a payment over the phone. Especially, since there is a $20.00 late fee! Even when they do answer the telephone they are never "on property".
No rodents. They have 20' by 30' size storage units. They have packing material. Never had a problem. I love the place. Gate is open 24/7
