The pizza is so so good! By far my favorite pizza place because they have really good thin crust pizza. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one time, they gave me soggy thin crust pizza.
The people at Domino's or so dang polite. We called it the busiest time of the day dinner time and it was so loud and background one of our pastas came back in wasn't right we ended up not getting the deal of the coupons that we were supposed to get and actually had to over pay it at first. I complain to the delivery driver which was more than gracious about it, and he let me know some tips for in the future and go ahead and call back in, this was before we found out the pasta was wrong but we that the balance was an issue. When I called back in there was a wonderful lady who was training two girls one of those girls who took our order, and she was very polite explain the whole situation and offered to go ahead and drive over herself when they work so busy to give us the difference of the balance. Not once during complaining did I get any kind of attitude or anything like that just complete understanding, and staff that are willing to go completely out of their way to make things right. I appreciate the staff at Domino's besides the good food the staff makes it totally worth it
Can't tell you how many times they messed up my order. I gave them a final chance tonight and received cold sandwiches. Chewy cold chicken, lightly (if at all) cooked bread... just a sloppy mess. These used to be one of the best menu items, I don't know what changed.
Just ordered and they delivered. Missing my daughters order. I call for the manager for him to admit it got left and they will send the driver back out. I never even gave them my name. Really , they should of called me given the last time I ordered the driver helped out with 4th of July info and called me to let me know the radio station. Not even a compensation of on your next order....we got nothing. So now all of the food will be cold by the time she gets her dinner.
What some people don't think about is the time time in their history and the time that they were a trainee somewhere... we all start somewhere, and we all have, at some point, not known what to do until we are taught. I previously commented under the name "Not sure " ,so you can read my experience, and unless you were born with a silver spoon in your mouths, I'm sure you can relate....i didn't get my refund tonight, but I did get a pleasant call from the manager on duty Laurie, explaining the circumstances. Whether things go right monetarily or not, just the fact that she remembered me after hours on a busy Friday night was worth more then money in every way. Thank you Dominoes staff for being there for my orders, and not being robotic when things go much!! awry, but instead staying Human through the hectic night!!!no matter what future problems might arise, I am a forever Customer due to your pleasentness
