I do not recommend the Bradley law firm. I hired the firm on feb 2nd 2016 to do my son and his ex's agreed upon custody agrement . They typed all the work and submitted to the local court on Feb 29th 2016 on march the 1st of 2016 I received a billing statement from the firm It reflected all work done up until the 29th of 2016 , and there was still 1,009 dollars left of my retainer on the books. On Feb2nd I received an email from the Bradley law firm stating they were mailing the signed agreement the judge signed off on it there was not going to be a hearing. I did not hear anything until I emailed the firm on march the 23rd asking for a final billing statement when i received the second one from bradley law firm on march the 24th all the charges they sent me from the first bill had been tripled .when the law firm found out there was not going to be a hearing they went back and changed all my charges to use up the rest of the money left from my retainer. Example feb 2nd first statement open file ,prepare employee agreement charged amount was $9.00 on the second statement sent feb 2nd I was charged $26.52 almost 4 times more. On first statement filing fees for original petition in suit (fees paid to local court for there filling fees) I was charged 287.06 on the second statement I was charged $845.89 I called my local court house and they gladly looked up to see what was actually paid on my sons behalf , and was told by the clerk the charge was 283.00 even for filling it in court and Bradley law firm is charging me 845.00 so from the first statement sent they even tripled their charge on that fee ? .. I have tired to contact Bradley with no response on what is going on with doubling and tripling the amount from my first billing invoice
