Unbelievable.
I have never had any problems with State Farm. But, I am in the process of switching offices.
***FINAL UPDATE*** Mr Pullen contacted me and did personally apologize for Mr Baker making the false statements he made o.j. my behalf. I still affirm my previous statements to be true in regard to Mr Baker though. Mr Baker is untrustworthy and lies. My best advice is do boy trust him, he blatantly said untrue statements multiple times in e-mail correspondence in hopes of generating business by trying to take advantage of my almost seventy year old mother by claiming to have had multiple conversations with him personally saying I would personally act as his agent on his behalf. I have zero clue who this guy is NOR have I ever contacted or spoke him personally. But to have him doing things like making up fictional conversations with people you've never met, you have to wonder what other shady things he might be doing??? I highly recommend to avoid this untrustworthy person.

I thought I received a pretty good deal when I signed with them. Then over a month later, I was mailed a letter that my insurance was going to be canceled. They claimed some random excuses and that there was nothing they could do to save the insurance. I went to speak with my representative, but he was never around or out at lunch. Never was able to get a hold of him again. Really terrible service and and I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away.
Unfortunately, I have had really bad experiences with this office. They have messed up my policy twice (homeowners). First charging me instead of the mortgage company and taking it out my account. The fix that, but then I get a cancellation notice, w/o no phone call, saying that my homeowners will be cancelled. They are sending the bill to the wrong company.
