Friendly, personable staff helped us with special wood cut for a furniture refinishing project. Got all I needed, in and out on what otherwise would have been a lazy Sunday.
I have always had a policy to not leave negative feedback but have to break that policy. We have shopped several Lowes stores but Cleburne is the worse ever. If I could give them a zero I would. We have previously spent a lot of money there but never again. Home Depot across the way just gained another good customer. This probably is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The uncaring attitudes at this store just floors me. Hopefully someone with true management experience will take this place and make it into something before it's too late.
Best home improvement store around. Everyone greets you with a smile and is very knowledgeable. The employees do their best to answer all your questions and find you the exact product you need. If they can't or don't know they will find another Associate who does. The garden center is fantastic. Beautiful flowers and lots of exciting new ways to jazz up you home. Love this store
