USB there a zero star?! I recommended him to my daughter for her 2 year old and he was rude to them! He refused to examine my grand daughter because she was terrified of him and instead of warming up to her, he told my daughter her 2 year olds problem is that she's almost 3 sleeping with mommy! And they charged my daughter an office visit for nothing! When I called up there and asked why did u charge for nothing? And the MA said "we don't hold down kids! We're not asking u to hold her down but how about warming up to her? Spending a little time to get her used to u! She's 2. He is not kid friendly as far as we are concerned! Horrible experience for my family!
If you need hearing aids and expect to use insurance to cover it you better have the money up front. The policy here is you pay out of pocket and when the insurance pays the office they will pay you back. Seems hokey. Took a day off work to come here... could have mentioned this up front when I called.
Said durogatory things about a family member, then said he never said it. Good thing he had someone taking notes. If you are bipolor, he will look down upon you. Then lie, and said he never said it. Again, its awesome he has a great notetaker. POS, if i wasnt a professional, i would beat his a$$. Thanks for making my mother feel like crud!!!! Do not see this "Doctor"! If I could rate 0, i would.
I attended college in the area, and my old ear problems began to arise once again. I was referred to Dr. Benke, and I wish to make him my own ENT. He is very personal, and although I was only a temporary patient, he did his best to give me the right treatment. Now that I'm home, I truly realize these types of doctors are hard to come by! Truly a man of God. And to tell you the truth, the entire office is wonderful. Even down to the very receptionist, everyone is personal, knows you by name, and will advocate for you. Never in my life have I encountered an office like this! Absolutely recommend!
Dr Benke is amazing! He has put tubes in both my daughter & son's ears within the last year. He is one of the most caring Dr's I have came across with my children! He called personally to check on both of them the day of the surgery which says a lot! I would never go to anyone else after my experience with him & his staff. The office is always very clean & always smells so good.
